By downloading, installing, or using the Monie application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Monie is a financial literacy application that provides educational content, interactive quizzes, and learning tools to help users improve their financial knowledge and money management skills. The App is part of the Money Matters Project educational initiative.

3. User Account and Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms
• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limitations or security measures
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or App systems

5. Account Security and Violations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations including:

• Multiple Account Creation: Creating multiple accounts within a short period or using multiple accounts to circumvent system limitations may result in account suspension for up to one year
• Excessive Password Changes: Making more than 10 password changes within a two-week period may result in temporary account restrictions for 5 months
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate quiz results, exploit system vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent behavior

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by the Money Matters Project and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Educational Content Disclaimer

The financial information and educational content provided in the App are for general informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional consultation. Users should consult qualified financial professionals for personalized advice.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
